Zubimendi Clarifies His Final Stance on Joining Real Madrid

Martin Zubimendi, Arsenal’s midfielder, confirmed that he will not be moving to Real Madrid at the moment, despite the rumors linking him to the royal team recently.

The player, who is experiencing an exceptional period with his English team, stated that Real Madrid has enough players to deliver the required performance, emphasizing that his move to the royal team is not necessary at this stage.

Zubimendi indicated during a radio interview that his focus is on continuous development at Arsenal, where he has played a pivotal role since joining, earning him the team’s trust and continuity as a key player, in addition to enhancing his position with the Spanish national team.

Although many observers believe he has the ideal qualifications to lead Real Madrid’s midfield due to his tactical intelligence and ability to organize play, the player feels that the timing of the move is not suitable at the moment, and that sporting stability with Arsenal is a top priority.

The decision reflects Zubimendi’s maturity and his keenness to take calculated steps in his career, as he prefers to continue in an environment that ensures technical growth and opportunities for consistent participation, rather than rushing into a new project in La Liga.

Zubimendi’s near future will remain tied to continuity with Arsenal, while Real Madrid will continue to seek solutions to strengthen the midfield as part of their rebuilding plans.
