Will Enrique Return to Coaching Barcelona?

Spanish press reports revealed that the Spanish coach Luis Enrique, the manager of Paris Saint-Germain, does not mind the idea of returning to Barcelona starting in 2027, if the right conditions are met for that.

According to the Spanish newspaper ‘El Nacional’, Enrique sees that returning to Camp Nou remains an option in his coaching career, especially after his previous successful experience with the Catalan club.

The report also indicated that Enrique is confident in his ability to convince the French winger Bradley Barcola, a player of Paris Saint-Germain, to move with him to Barcelona if the return indeed happens.

So far, there are no official moves from either Barcelona or the coach himself, but the idea is on the table from Enrique’s side, which could pave the way for an exciting scenario in the coming years.

It is worth mentioning that Enrique’s contract ends in the summer of 2027 with Paris Saint-Germain, and the coach has not yet renewed his contract, opening the door to speculation about his departure from the French club at the end of the next season.
