Real Madrid targets Rodri next summer
English press reports revealed that Real Madrid wants to sign midfielder Rodri from Manchester City during the next summer transfer period.
The Spanish star has a contract with Manchester City that expires in the summer of 2027. Rodri joined the Citizens during the 2019 summer transfer period from Atletico Madrid. Reports indicate that Florentino Perez, president of Real Madrid, gives priority to signing the Spanish national team player in order to strengthen the team’s ranks for the next season.
It is also expected that Manchester City will seek to improve and renew Rodri’s contract, who showed his brilliance after leading the Spanish national team to win the Euro 2024 Championship before the end of the current season.
