Manuel Locatelli Nearing Contract Extension with Juventus

The Italian journalist Nicolo Schira confirmed that Juventus captain Manuel Locatelli is close to renewing his contract with the Turin club until the summer of 2030, with an increase in his annual salary to reach between 3.8 and 4 million euros net annually, following the expected agreement between the two parties.
Reports indicated that Locatelli has turned down lucrative offers from several Premier League clubs, preferring to stay and continue as a key player and leader for Juventus rather than moving to England.
This decision reflects the player’s commitment to his current club and his desire to be part of the club’s sports project, especially during a period when the transfer market is witnessing a lot of movement among major European clubs.
Locatelli, 28 years old, joined Juventus in 2021 from Sassuolo and has since become a key player in the midfield, also wearing the captain’s armband in several seasons.
