Manchester City’s Squad List to Face Real Madrid in the Champions League

Spanish coach Pep Guardiola, the head coach of Manchester City’s first football team, announced the list of players ready to face Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16, scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday.

Manchester City will visit Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium at 10:00 PM Cairo time, 11:00 PM Mecca time, in a match eagerly awaited by European football fans.

The English team enters the match following their brilliant performance in the FA Cup, where they secured an important victory over Newcastle with three goals to one, advancing to the quarter-finals of the tournament. Egyptian international Omar Marmoush shone by scoring two goals in the match, confirming his prominent role in the team.

Manchester City’s squad list to face Real Madrid in the Champions League includes the following players: 

Goalkeepers: Gianluigi Donnarumma – James Trafford – Marcus Bettinelli.

Defenders: Matheus Nunes – Abdul Qader Khusanov – Marc Guehi – John Stones – Ruben Dias – Max Allen – Nathan Ake – Rayan Ait-Nouri.

Midfielders: Nico Gonzalez – Rodri – Bernardo Silva, Nico O’Reilly – Tijani Reijnders – Rayan Cherki – Phil Foden.

Forwards: Savinho – Antoine Semenyo – Erling Haaland – Omar Marmoush – Jeremy Doku.

Guardiola hopes to achieve a positive result away from home to ensure an advantage before the return match at the Etihad Stadium, relying on the readiness of all players, especially after the impressive performances the team has recently delivered in domestic and European competitions.
