Ivan Toney Makes Decision on Juventus Offer

Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, who specializes in transfer market news, revealed that Juventus opened communication with Toni in January, after placing him on a shortlist to strengthen the attacking line.
Connor explained via his account on the “X” platform that Tony rejected the idea of moving to the Italian league, preferring to stay with Al-Ahli Jeddah at this stage of his career.
Tony believes that continuing with Al Ahly gives him a better opportunity to maintain his technical level and enhance his chances of being included in the England national team squad for the upcoming World Cup finals.
The 29-year-old forward joined Al-Ahli in the summer of 2024 from the English club Brentford, with a contract extending until June 2028.
Tony played 28 matches with Al Ahly this season across various competitions, during which he scored 26 goals and provided 8 assists, underscoring his significant offensive value.
Ivan Toney is considered a key player in Al-Ahly’s lineup under the leadership of German coach Matthias Jaissle, despite recent speculations about his potential departure from the club.
