Galatasaray Presses to Finalize Hicham Boudaoui Deal

Despite Nice’s management insisting on retaining the player until the end of the current season and rejecting Galatasaray’s offer to loan him for six months with an option to buy for 15 million euros, the Turkish club is still determined to try and finalize the deal before the transfer window closes tomorrow, Friday, February 6.
The Turkish site “bolgegazetesivan” mentioned that negotiations between the two clubs are still ongoing, noting that Galatasaray is relying on financial incentives to convince the player to move to the Turkish league.
The same source clarified that if a formal agreement is reached, Boudia’s deal would be the most expensive in the current winter transfer market for Galatasaray, confirming that the proposed offer involves a loan with an option to buy at the end of the season for 15 million euros.
According to the report, the Turkish club has made an offer to the player that includes an annual salary ranging between 2.5 and 3 million euros, which is higher than his current salary with Nice, estimated at about 1.8 million euros, along with a plan to sign a four-year contract.
Turkish journalist Burhan Can Terzi confirmed that Boudaoui is open to the idea of transferring to Galatasaray, despite his club’s opposition. He noted during the “Sporcast” podcast on YouTube that the player is very eager to take on the experience, and that the coming hours might witness new developments in the matter.
