Robert Lewandowski, Barcelona’s striker, emphasized the importance of the team’s direct qualification to the Champions League Round of 16 after defeating Copenhagen in the final round of the league stage. Lewandowski explained that avoiding the playoff stage gives players the opportunity to rest and focus on upcoming matches.

Lewandowski said: “When you play many matches, return late from traveling, and play every three days, it’s good to be able to rest and focus on training. We played a great match, and now we can focus on the upcoming games.”
