Good News in Barcelona Training Before Facing Albacete

The Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” confirmed that FC Barcelona held its last training session on Monday before traveling to face Albacete in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey. They are monitoring the condition of injured players Koundé and Raphinha following the team’s last match against Elche.
The French defender Koundé participated in the training without any apparent issues, while the Brazilian winger Raphinha missed the group training after feeling pain in his right adductor muscle. He was substituted at halftime during the Elche match as a precaution to avoid any potential injury, and his absence is likely in the upcoming cup match.
While awaiting the announcement of the match lineup, Flick might rest Koundé, with Marcus Rashford expected to replace Raphinha in the attacking line, and João Cancelo taking the right-back position instead of Koundé if necessary.
The Spanish newspaper explained that the injured players Pedri, Gavi, and Andreas Christensen will continue their recovery programs away from the group.
