Barcelona Reveals the Nature of Raphinha’s Injury and His Absence Duration

Barcelona officially announced that Brazilian player Raphinha is suffering from a strain in the adductor muscle of his right thigh and will miss the match against Albacete scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, as part of the Spanish King’s Cup competition.

This announcement came after the player was injured during the 3-1 victory over Elche last Saturday in La Liga, where he felt discomfort in the adductor muscle of his right thigh.

The club confirmed that Raphinha’s absence from the match will be precautionary, with an expected recovery period of one week, accompanied by close medical monitoring to ensure his return in optimal condition.

The team’s coaching staff will work on compensating for the player’s absence in the upcoming match lineup by utilizing other players to strengthen the attack amid Raphinha’s temporary absence.
