Moment furious Unai Emery SHOVES Youri Tielemans after screaming in his face in Aston Villa’s win at Fenerbahce

AN irate Unai Emery sensationally SHOVED Youri Tielemans during the closing stages of Aston Villa’s win over Fenerbahce.
The Villans ran out 1-0 winners in their Europa League clash with the Turkish giants in Istanbul.
Tielemans was the last of three players subbed off by Emery in the dying embers of the match.
The Belgian midfielder was replaced by teenager George Hemmings.
But he seemingly drew the ire of Emery as he trotted off the pitch, so much so that the Spaniard berated him before SHOVING him after he crossed the touchline.
Emery’s shocking shove, which baffled footie fans, spread like wildfire on social media.

One fan wrote on X: “What was the problem?”
Another said: “Came off the pitch too fast?”
And another said: “Why did Emery just lose his s**t with Tielemans?”
One remarked: “What was Emery doing to Tielemans there???”
Another chimed in: “What was that with Tielemans and Emery?”
It’s not yet clear why Emery, who played down the incident, rollicked the Belgium international.
He said of Tielemans: “He’s like my son.”
Former Villa defender Joleon Lescott was far from impressed by Emery’s actions, he said: “It might be innocent, but I don’t like that.
“Regardless of what it is for, if it was the other way round and a player refused to shake the manager’s hand then there would be uproar and people would question his mentality and professionalism.”
Jadon Sancho‘s header in the 25th minute was enough to seal all three points at the Ulker Stadyumu Fenerbahce Sukru Saracoglu Spor Kompleksi.
The win moved the Villans into third place in the Europa League table and booked them passage into the last-16.
Villa will be back in action on Saturday afternoon, travelling to St James’ Park to take on Newcastle United.
