Barcelona Achieves Unique Defensive Record Among Europe’s Elite

Barcelona regained the top spot in the league this week after Real Madrid stumbled against Osasuna with a 2-1 defeat. The Catalan team seized the opportunity and secured a 3-0 victory over Levante, raising their tally to 61 points, leading by one point over Real Madrid, who have 60 points.
Despite suffering two consecutive away losses before facing Levante, the Spotify Camp Nou remains an impregnable fortress, as Barcelona has not tasted defeat there since returning last November. Additionally, the team has not conceded any goals in the second half of their home league matches.
Barcelona has conceded only five goals at home in the league, all of which came during the first half. According to Opta data, Paris Saint-Germain ranks second, having conceded two goals in the second half at Parc des Princes in the French league.
Clubs Freiburg, Real Betis, Atletico Madrid, Lens, Le Havre, and Brest each conceded three goals at home in the second half.
