We Need to Play for the Club First Instead of Thinking About Ourselves

Paris Saint-Germain star Ousmane Dembélé appeared in a press statement following the 3-1 loss against Rennes in the 22nd round of the French league, in a match held at Roazhon Park.
The French star said, “Desire Doue? Last season, we put the club first, before thinking about ourselves. I think we should return to that, especially in such matches.”
He added, “We started the match very poorly. After that, I think Rennes played a great game. I believe we need more desire and, above all, to play for Paris Saint-Germain in order to win matches.”
He emphasized: “If everyone plays individually on the field, things will not go as they should, and we will not achieve the titles we aspire to.”
Dembele concluded: “We have to play for the club first instead of thinking about ourselves.”
